Homemade Sinus Kicker To Beat Up Sinusitis And Its Awful Symptoms

Grab these ingredients:

  • Fresh grated horseradish (from the actual root)
  • Organic raw honey
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • A pinch of salt
  • A jar with lid

How to prepare:

Well, take a horseradish root (3-4 cm) and grate it through a box grater. When you’ve finished grating, add immediately the horseradish into the jar and pour apple cider vinegar over it, enough to cover it. Now, add 2-3 tablespoons of raw honey along with the pinch of salt and stir well. Seal the jar and store it in the fridge or in the pantry.

The most important step – how to take this sinus tonic

Never, but never take this sinus kicker on an empty stomach or directly from the jar. It happened to try this and the effects were absolutely terrifying. My stomach started hurting and got a bit nauseated, because horseradish it happens to be a really good digestive (great for constipation I assume).

Take 1 tablespoon of sinus kicker 3 times a day, but only after a meal. This way you’ll prevent stomach diseases.

Tip: it may be a bit too tonic for your taste so, you can combine this sinus reliever with crackers. Put 1 teaspoon of this grated horseradish directly from the jar on a cracker and eat it right away. For better results, eat 3 crackers at once. You will feel instant relief and your nose will decongest immediately.
