Before the removing process, use the pumice stone on the calluses, so the treatment will be more effective.
How to remove calluses
Garlic softens the skin, kills bacteria and fungi because it’s a natural antiseptic. Crush 3-4 garlic cloves, mix them with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and apply the paste on the calluses, then wrap the affected area with gauze. Repeat the process daily before bedtime for 7-10 days.
Massage the calluses with fresh onion or onion juice then bandage the area. After 10 days of proceedings the calluses can be easily removed – rough skin becomes smoother.
Dip a cotton swab into the vinegar and apply it on the affected area. Apply a patch over. After 3 hours the procedure can be repeated. Vinegar disinfects the skin and has antifungal effects, so a very serious weft can’t be removed in a few days.
Lemon + aspirin
Grind 6 aspirin pills and mix them with a little lemon juice. Apply the mixture on the weft then wrap the affected area with plastic food wrap. Wrap a hot bandage over it (a towel or cloth soaked in hot water). After 15 minutes remove the compress and the food wrap, thoroughly wash the affected area and rub using a pumice stone. With this method you can remove small calluses. For more complicated cases, the procedure must be repeated daily.
Rub the calluses with castor oil in the morning and in the evening, and in two weeks will get rid of them.
In fact, castor oil is a great solution to prophylaxis, because it effectively prevents calluses occurrence.
Experts recommend foot baths with chamomile. Prepare an infusion of one liter of water and 4 tablespoons of dried chamomile.
A 30 minutes warm bath will do wonders for your feet and the skin will become softer. If you follow this procedure every evening, calluses will no longer be an issue for you!
Mashed tomato compress
Tomato puree helps soften the skin and gradually removes calluses. Apply it on the problem area and wrap you foot in plastic food wrap. You can apply a hot compress over (optionally). After an hour wash the area and rub using a pumice stone.
Comfortable shoes and careful skin care will help prevent calluses. After any of the procedures recommended above apply an emollient cream, but of course the most effective “cream” is the butter! Grease your feet with butter and leave it to soak, then put your socks on and go to bed. In just two weeks your skin will become incredibly soft and tender!
