3 Turmeric-Based Ways To Treat Gingivitis Naturally

The second method is even simpler. All you need is:

– ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil
– 2 teaspoons of warm water
– 1 small bowl

To prepare this mixture, add turmeric and vitamin E oil in the small bowl and mix the ingredients to form a paste. Then, put the paste on the affected gum and leave it for 10 minutes to act properly. After this, rinse the mouth thoroughly with the warm water. This method should also be repeated at least twice every day for a month to completely treat gingivitis.

The third method is basically just brushing up your teeth gently with turmeric. This is also effective because it will act as a natural cleanser that will relax your gums and will reduce the inflammation. For this method, you only need to mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder with 2 teaspoons of water into a bowl. Use this mixture to brush your teeth at least twice a day.
